I recently discovered mold in my basement and called the Environmental Services Group Inc. Someone came and checked the humidity, took two air samples to see what type of mold we were dealing with and also checked for moisture in the wall. I received an e-mail within a couple of days describing the mold, the health risks it had on my family and easy instructions to get rid of it. Shortly after I noticed mold in my closet on the main floor of the house and on the window seals. I called the Environmental Services again, Ms. Valley came and was very thorough in her investigation. She discovered the main source of my problem being no air vents in my roof and gave me great advice regarding a cold storage room. Ms. Valley has also send me an e-mail outlining the steps I had to take to illuminate mold from returning. I have continued to e-mail Ms. Valley in respect to the changes I was told to make and she always returned my e-mails with valuable advice. I value Ms. Valley's advice and expertise. I would highly recommed the Environmental Services Group Inc. to anyone who experiences similar problems like I did.
