Ordered our sofa and love seat in August and didn't receive delivery of the set until December. Although I made a trip in person to look at their showroom, I made a deposit in August over the phone a week later. It was then that they had made a handwritten mistake on both (!) my email address and telephone number, compounding the delay. Long story short, they admitted their mistake and Ralph took extra steps to make it right with us (so no ratings deduction). And the product looks and feels amazing.
