After getting multiple quotes from various builders, Pine glen homes not only had the best price but also the best resume. This complex build was the first ever in its class and my new team pulled it off. They managed every road block we encountered and made the impossible possible. We are now living in our dream home x2 months and pine glen is still there for us when ever we call. Renan lead the way on this project as our site Supervisor. He was absolutely amazing. Never loosing his composure and always making sure the home was built to the very smallest detail to our liking. He was backed up by the rest of the team who were able to get us the best prices and selections for our home. Rosanna the Queen of builder trend helped us track all our selections with great advice. What impressed me the most was that even with all that was thrown at them during this process they built the house right on time, that's right 0 delays saving us money on Rent is always nice. I wake up every morning now with a big smile knowing that this is now a reality. Thank you Pine Glen Team, for making our dreams come to reality.

Post almost 2 years after our installation this is an update to my review. We had our pavers done all around our house. We were happy that Synergy accepted our project so late in the year during a busy time. Once completed we were very satisfied with the results. The crew worked very hard to get this done for us on time and they did. When it rains the water flows away from the house just like its suppose to. The leveling of the pavers was perfect. In the winter no issues shovelling snow. We used pavers from Permacon, charlston model which have a life time warranty. We are currently having some issues with efflorecense stains on the pavers that have not gone away, Permacon has been notified. When you order stone these stains are very common and cleaners can be used to help the problem before staining them. I am have Contacted Danny who helped us create our project to fix some minor repairs that where required during our 2 year warrenty period. Unleveling of the upper drivway repaired and edge restraints installed. The repairs where done quickly and before winter, which again was greatly appreciated. The only reason why this is a 7 is because i feel greater care could have been taken during the repair and instalation, some stones where very minorly damaged and only noticable by me. This is common when stones are removed and placed again. Im also dealing with efflorecense which is not the installers problem but permacon product issue. I wish we had ordered more stones so that bad stones would have been easily replaced. Unfortunatly there was only so much they could do. 3/5 even though the installers where amazing there was some minor mistakes which where replaced and repaired during warrenty . the cement work was satisfactory. A smother transition with less errors would have made this a 4/5. But im really happy they came and fixed things up. The company is very good, initial work is great and they will fix anything during istalation to make the job perfect for you. they are very clean and never left a big mess. 4/5 We are extreamly happy with our new living space and have hosted many parties. We are spending much more time outside now with our new BBQ Station and Hot tub. Thank you Danny for all your help and thank you to your workers for creating our dream outdoor living space. Since today is raining outside i​ will provide photos very soon.
