The Floor shop has now installed not one, but two beautiful floors for us. The service was in every way excellent, but there was more to our experience than that. When I first chose our hardwood, my inexperience led to them installing a wood whose colour looked radically different in our home compared to in-store (lesson learned: they can give you a sample to take home so this won’t happen - make sure to ask for this). Although it was a gorgeous floor, the colour looked terrible in our house. The owner, Peter, was very understanding, and generously offered to replace the floor at cost. Ryan patiently walked me through other options, gave us samples to view in our living room, and managed to arrange a much lower cost than I’d expected. Now we have a stunning walnut floor, and couldn’t be happier. Trust these guys to go above and beyond your expectations. You won’t be disappointed.

My father has been working with this company for ages, so he immediately recommended them when I bought a house a few years back, and needed a new furnace and A/C unit. Bryan came out to check the whole house over, make suggestions, and come up with an estimate (a very reasonable one). The guys showed up on time, and did a fantastic job with the installation. Since then they've installed a humidifier, and done annual inspections to keep everything running smoothly. Every interaction that I've had with this company, both in person and over the phone, has been positive. I find that they go above and beyond with their attention to detail, friendliness and professionalism. I also highly recommend them for their knowledge and patience. I couldn't be happier.
