I contacted Chris on a Monday morning before Christmas because I had noticed a leak from our ceiling the day before. I was in panic mode because we had just had our roof done the month before (a $6500 job) but upon inspection, there was snow and huge icicles in our attic. Chris was prompt at returning my call and listening to my concerns. Even though he was quite busy, he was able to come out that day and investigate the problem. He explained the issues in layman's terms and gave us a reasonable quote for repair. He had a crew out the next day to complete the job. They were very courteous, efficient, and clean. They finished the job quickly, mindful that I was in the house with a newborn... it was really appreciated! Payment was incredibly easy via e-transfer - it was nice not to have to go into pay. Although spending renovation money on insulation isn't as fun as putting in new hardwood or a fireplace, I am glad the problem was resolved quickly and our insulation is far more energy efficient- we went from about an R15-20 to R60!
