Our freezer was making ice non-stop and it was overflowing. We could not get the sensor arm back in ourselves. Michael Z was dispatched and he called me within an hour to say he was 20 minutes away. He had to take the freezer door off and pull out all the drawers to fix the ice maker. It did not require any new parts based on his initial assessment. He said I had a 10 day warranty. He was finished in about 30 mins. He wore a provided face mask willingly and covered his shoes. Although he did make it clear face masks were not his preference. I appreciated that he showed me how to change the water filter in the fridge and was willing to work quietly while my baby napped upstairs. He communicated well and appeared to know the issue quite quickly.

We had a tricky existing kitchen faucet and needed a shower bar (which came out of the tile) replaced. They offered to come by and provide a free estimate. George looked at the hardware we purchased and ensure compatibility (with some caveats). I was able to book an appointment the next day. He was also able to fix two running toilets with new hardware he had on hand. Further, George offered to dispose of our old hardware and was very professional and tidy. Friendly service from George and the administrative staff. We are pleased to have found a great plumber in our neighbourhood!
