Tom is friendly, efficient and very professional. He is very quick with communication, including driving across town in a snow storm to give us a speedy (reasonable!) quote. He was very flexible with schedule, even when we had to change plans at the last minute, and very respectful to us, and to our home. He spent a day painting various rooms in our house, which left him finishing up with very low light. The next morning we noticed that one area didn't seem completely covered, so we let him know and he came back to our place within the hour to make sure we were completely satisfied with his work! The only small issue we had is that there we many paint marks on our floors, and windows which I had to go around wiping up and scratching off after he left. Our floors were recently finished so there wasn't too many spots I couldn't get cleaned, but if your floors are older and more textured I'd make sure to speak with Tom about keeping a drop cloth on the floor, which I am sure he would have no problem doing as he is very accommodating. With all of that said, I would definitely use Tom again for my painting needs, and I would recommend him to friends! Thanks Tom!

Thx Britt for the kind words. Your home looks beautiful, and the 2 greys you picked have already been chosen by another customer of mine as they go so well together. I had used dropcloths when I painted and thought I caught any errant drips and would have been more than glad to remedy the situation had I known. I treat every job as if it were my own home!
