Coldest snap in December and out pilot light is not working . Our in laws were coming for the Xmas season and the fireplace helps heat up our basement. I called gas company and was quoted 3 weeks and a "oh well" attitude. So in a panic I called Jason and he was at our house in less than 48 hrs!!!!! He took care of the pilot light issue and gave the fireplace a "tune up" now it works and looks better than ever. I was impressed most that my fireplace was installed a few years ago but yet I was treated like I bought it a few days ago!!! With a lot of "fly by night " companies it's nice to have a dependable dealer who cares about new and former customers.
