We installed new windows in our home and the caulking started to turn yellow. The window installer said it's the soffit that is leaking, he will not do anything unless we get a clear from the roof. That's when we called Mr. Roof, Gerard was awesome over the phone and Pietro was full of great knowledge when he arrived to assess over roof. We gained so much knowledge through the whole assessment. Hi R.Gill... Strictly due to the nature of the roof being above everything else, issues that we normally wouldn't think would be caused by problems with the roofing system, unfortunately are.
