In my opinion, poor service. I would not use them. I'm not happy with the job they do of clearing the driveway. They've refused to come when you complain about significant snow left in the driveway after a snowfall. Why should it be so hard to get good service after paying for it?

Sorry you feel that way David. I will try to look up your address and address the timing with your driver. Thanks Or ur contracts are clear about service delivery and timing. Most of our clients driveways are always cleared within a very reasonable time regardless of the amount if snow that falls.
