Tops did my roof several years ago. It’s one thing to get great service at the time of installation...but 9 years later I still get great customer service. (the odd shingle has come off in a storm) Brian or another representative arrives within a day or two and the matter is resolved. Thank you very much. I live on my own, so this level of customer service is much appreciated.

Gavin dealt with waterproofing on my hundred-year-old plus house a few years ago. I was impressed with the company overall they’ve been around for a long time. The work was completed within the timeline Gavin had given me in a professional manner. Sometimes the true test of a company is when you have to call them back and there’s a warranty issue. I recently had to do that Gavin Responded quickly and the problem was resolved within one week. I can’t say enough positive about this experience, Gavin in particular and the people who did the work were helpful and patient and left the jobsite impeccable. I jokingly call Gavin the water whisper!

My roof was replaced by Tops several years ago. You expect good service at the time of installation, but to have this continue through the years is truly exceptional. I've had to call Brian on a few occasions, he has returned my call within 24 hours and dealt with the issue at hand immediately. This is outstanding customer service.
