I was very happy with this company. Their customer service was great. They are very organized, professional and responded to our problems in a timely manner.

Pacific Rim was unprofessional. The order was late, wrong, and installation was wrong. It has been 9 months and we are still waiting for drawer fronts, trim pieces and finishing.
