LG Dishwasher Repair & LG Steam Dryer
Henry came to our home-had no regard for our home and personal belongings. Ruined my carpet- scratched my dryer, damaged the steam drawer, screw remaining after he fixed dryer-2 weeks later squeaking began. Dishwasher repair, he broke the drain hose and then charged us for it. Used dishwasher for the first time and found a panel from the dishwasher in the tray-wondering what that belongs do. Placed my clean clothes on ground. He was unable to provide quote and then over charged us in the end. LG sent them-I do not recommend this company.

the customers dishwasher was leaking. it leaked a couple of drops of water , and for that the customer replaced his carpet.with the customers dishwasher it had two leaks, one at the front and one at the back. with lg there is several service bulletins that applied to the customers dishwasher and therefor lg had known quality issues for this model, that the manufacture acknowledges and was willing to pay for the repair.the customers dryer was stacked on top the washer.several screw were stripped and could not be taken out easily.we basically fixed the unit and had ordered panels to replace the ones that were damaged during disassembly.by the time we had recieved the cosmetic parts(which usually take longer than functional parts) the customer stopped calling us back to finish the call.
