Nick our technician first came to our place in the spring of 2016 for a squirrel in our roof/soffits. He installed a one way trap so if the squirrel was inside it could get out, but not go back in. He also inspected inside the attic, all roof areas and then covered venting areas with wire. He told us what to watch for if there were babies left inside and later came back to close the opening permanently. We thought we heard squirrels this past week, and he came the next day. Thankfully we were wrong, but he gave us tips to figure out whether the sounds were coming from inside, or on top of the roof. He was very helpful and thorough on both visits, we would highly recommend Gates Wildlife Control.

Hi Lori, thank you for your excellent description of how the job unfolded and how we returned under our guarantee to confirm that the squirrels did not get back in. It is at this time of year when the squirrels we evicted earlier in the year try to get back in. Most female squirrels are now pregnant and looking for a place to raise their young. You situation is a prime example of why it is important to not only screen the active entry but to also screen other areas like the roof vents to prevent re-entry. Thanks again, Brad Gates, B.Sc.
