My washing machine agitator broke, it took them 1 wk to come out to look at it, another wk to come fix it. After 2 washes the agitator came loose. Had an appointment with them to fix today between 8 AM - 12 noon. they were a no show. called their offices, too bad i have to wait on their time. Came after 12 noon. Left 2 message for the manager to call me back, still waiting. I would not recommend this company to anyone, they are very unprofessional, rude and don't value anyone's time. Hello, wake up call. Without customers and happy clients you will not last.
