It was time for a new roof but we decided to go with steel. Rather than go with the big steel roof companies we decided (with Zoltan's help) to source the material ourselves and have him do the installation. It's a typical old house with multiple renovations and elevations. Zoltan and the team did a beautiful job leveling the roof, replacing damaged plywood, new flashing, eaves etc. We are extremely happy!

These guys are great! Lot's of communication ... called and then showed up exactly when they said they would ... and delivered more than expected. Charming salesman ... I am very pleased. Michael

Once again ZHI delivered more than expected. As in most old homes things change ... walls and ceilings come down and things get messy. Zoltan never flinches ... he stays calm and carries on. The end result is always beautiful. The project started on time and was on budget and his sub-trades are excellent. This was our third reno with ZHI. Why go anywhere else? Michael

It's a pleasure to watch Zoltan work. A master craftsman yet fast. Our house is around 90 yrs. old - charming yet not without it's headaches. Zoltan can "see" the solutions. We started out with a new bathroom which led to a new Kitchen, then a new Sun room and finally board & batten with a stone base. We found him to be very honest and reliable. He's our first call when serious work needs to get done.

Gem Windows, Jim Christopoulos, Production Manager was excellent. Even though the door latch was out of warranty he replaced the part for free and when problems arose with the reinstallation ... he made a house call. That's customner service you see everyday!
