We cannot rave enough about the service that we received at Choice Leather. The Sales Manager, Adrian, was very helpful and attentive when we visited the showroom to see our options. Since he doesn't work on commission, Adrian didn't try to upsell us on anything - he worked with us to find a couch that met our needs and budget and made recommendations on things like armrests and legs. We made an initial visit to the showroom and after interacting with Adrian and visiting some other leather specialty stores, we felt very comfortable with our decision to return and make our purchase at Choice. Adrian was able to reassure us about getting the sofa into our house, which had been a concern owing to the narrow doorways of our very, very old home. The sofa was ready sooner than expected, nearly exactly 4 weeks after ordering, and Adrian was quick to get in touch and arrange delivery. Delivery itself went very smoothly, with Adrian himself delivering the couch - he made sure our old sofa was removed, ensured that there were felt pads on the legs so as to not scratch up our hardwood, was very conscientious about cleaning up the wrapping and packaging, etc. If we ever move into a bigger home that can accommodate more seating, we will absolutely return to Choice, hands-down.
