I had my Silhouette shutter that needed some repairs. Lyle fixed my Silhouette shutter. He arranged the shutters to be un-mounted from my house and took it to Silhouette store in Brampton, replaced the broken parts and even changed the clutch mechanism because Silhouette had modified the design. Lyle is dependable. Thomas
