Nick ruined my Hunter Douglas blinds and they had large black circles all over them. I paid him to put new blinds in and they smelled like skunk. He refused to answer calls or emails. I had to pay someone to take them down (Nick forced them into the brackets... a mess) and then had to order new blinds that cost me in the thousands. All I wanted were my blinds clean. DO NOT USE THIS MAN. HE DOES NOT STAND BY HIS WORK

Unfortunately I did not know about Avery early enough, and used another company "We Do Blinds" who ruined my Hunter Douglas blinds and then charged me for new blinds that smelled like skunk. Avery was honest in saying he was unsure whether the problem could be fixed, and consulted with others regarding the issue. He was prompt in making an appointment, called when he was delayed by an hour and diligently worked on my blinds. He followed up with me regularly to see the state of the blinds. Most recently he again came to my place to determine if there was anything else that could be done to rectify the disaster of the other company. I would highly recommend him and his team. I left my key with the concierge and Avery and his team worked on their own in my condo. I trusted him thoroughly. Avery offered continued assistance in trying do determine why the inferior product given to me has this embedded smell, and I appreciated his support.

Nick now has permanently closed his business according to the internet search. I don't understand how someone reviewed him 22 hours ago. He doesn't have a voicemail for his business. He is unethical. I continue to give him a chance. To replace the skunk smell blinds, including what I paid Mick and then a certified company to replace the perfectly good Hunter Douglas blinds Nick destroyed will costume more than $4000.00. Do the right thing Nick. The positive reports for Nick occurs when things turn out. When his work doesn't turn out, he is not an honourable businessman and he does not stand by his work as he claims. There is no such thing as a Hunter Douglas certified cleaner. Check it out with Hunter Douglas. NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER BUY OR HIRE THIS MAN. He took my white Hunter Douglas blinds for cleaning and brought them back with huge large dark circles on them. He tried fixing them and his wife told him not to even show it to me. He tried blaming my blinds for these large circles on 4 large blinds that he said would have cost me $3500 to replace. Finally he agreed to replace 2 of the blinds, I kindly agreed to pay for the others. He should have paid for them all. He forced the blinds into my preexisting supports, chipped the paint on the wall. To top it off.....the next day when I returned home my home smelled like SKUNK SKUNK. I called and emailed and he has still not returned one call. One week later the blinds smell like skunk and are so lodged into the holders I can't get them out. HE DIDN'T HAVE THE COURTESY TO CALL OR RETURN EMAILS, and now he is challenging this review. I welcome people to come over and smell the skin in my condo. NEVER EVER EVER EVER USE THIS PERSON. He is not a man of integrity. He doesn't stand by his product. I was too nice in not demanding replacement of Hunter Douglas blinds and that I paid for blinds that I had not planned or budgeted for. How disgusting that he is challenging this review. HE has had multiple opportunities to make this right . HE DID NOT TELL THE TRUTH to HOMESTARS. He said I wasn't a client. I submitted proof, and thus here is my review. DO NOT USE THIS MAN
