I am extremely happy with the new Shelf Genie pull outs in our small condo kitchen. What a difference!! Shelf Genie's designer, Caroline, was a delight to work with. She is very professional and a very creative interior designer. Not only did she organize the shelf units perfectly she also gave me a few tips on decorating our small living space. The installer, James, also did a great job. He worked around our availability, arrived on time and left the place clean. During the installation process I had to decide the height of one of the shelves (Caroline had already pre-determined the height of all the other shelves). I realized I had made a wrong decision as soon as I put things back on that shelf. James had already left but when I called him to let him know my mistake he turned around and came back to reposition it. He was very gracious and I was very appreciative. I can't say enough of the Shelf Genie system and the Vancouver team. Thanks!
