The floors had to be reinforced between the joists and new plywood was supposed to be installed on top of the old one and screwed to the joists. Roxul insulation in the ceiling, drywall ceiling and walls and ready for paint. He wanted upfront payments for both projects. Then he wanted 60% up front. I only paid the deposit for the floor project first and Mr. Henry still has it.

You went behind my back and made a deal with with my former employees try and get your work completed, you did not contact me during the time the work was being done.
Your actions obviously backfired on you, this review should be for the guys that actually did the work on your house!
