Our experience with PLANit Builders during the development of our basement has been a very positive one. Keith Schell, the Site Coordinator was critical to the success of this project. Timelines were set and the work that was planned for the week was communicated to us by Keith on an ongoing basis. The trades people that were in an out of our home were qualified and completed their jobs professionally. They were courteous and followed PLANiT Builders' protocols. A special mention to Kristopher Manabo who accommodated adjustments to our layout, and to Jeff Schlunzen who adjusted the discrepancy in our original estimate. Other than a lag in start time due to changes in staff at PLANiT Builders, our overall experience has been a very positive one. Thanks to Keith and PLANiT Builders for a job well done.
