I hadn't had my condo unit painted in over 9 years, and needed it re-painted prior to putting it up for sale. Mike sent me Deborah and Raffie from Women Painting & Decorating, and they did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. They did a thorough prep, and kept the place reasonably tidy. They made the place look new again. I subsequently managed to sell the place after only 2 days of showings - I think the great paint job really helped! I would definitely use them again in the future.

I recently had a major leak secondary to a broken toilet valve. The water damage was cleaned up by my condo, but I needed a plumber to replace the toilet valve. I thought it would be fairly straightforward, but it turned out to be more complicated than initially planned because I evidently have a non-standard toilet and it turned out there was a problem with the shut-off valve as well. Flavio did a thorough job, and explained everything along the way. He handled everything with patience/humour, and even helped me deal with the condo maintenance staff. I would definitely recommend him to others and would use him again in the future.
