We had housemasters perform the inspection on our house as a condition on our offer. The inspector that came did a very thorough job, and provided us with a very detailed report on our house. He also gave us some advice on how to approach an issue with one of the bathrooms as part of our offer which was incredibly helpful. Recently while renovating our deck we came across a major issue with the BBQ gas line that wasn't up to code that our contractor informed us really should have been included on the home inspection report, which was a bit disappointing that they didn't catch at the time, but overall we would still recommend HouseMasters.

When we realized that our old deck was a rotten disaster, we reached out to the Tuscany Home Depot who put us in touch with Maritime West Construction. From the first time we met him, we knew that Rob was the right man for the job. He is enthusiastic, professional, and has many years of experience with home renovations. What started as a replacement of a deck grew into a much bigger project including the replacement of the siding on our house, the repair of our fence and gate, and the installation of a new back door. The entire project exceeded our expectations! We were highly impressed with Rob, his crew, and all of his subcontractors, and would definitely recommend him for any of your construction needs.

I contacted Don to have our garage door opener replaced. He was able to come the very next day and replaced it within an hour. He was friendly, courteous, and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend him to others.
