Chris did a good job of putting the electricals in my basement renovation. However, I asked him if he would change the plug on my second fridge as it was too loose . He misunderstood and changed the plug on the extension that was hooked up to the friddge instead. Needless to say my big salmon in the freezer was ruined. No charge to redo of course! Maureen West

The plumbing problem was fixed satisfactorily but the cost for a new tap and lower assembly pipe and fixtures was extremely expensive. The time frame was an hr and half and the work is charged by the problem not the hours worked. Cost $1,400.00 Some days later,I had a handyman put in a new shower head (included) and the assembly taken out of the wall and parts replaced (pressure was not working beforehand) and two new metal stoppers in each tub - time was 2 hours and cost was $120.00 altogether. So a good handyman is worth a lot if he has the knowledge to repair even plumbing jobs. Maureen West
