While this store has lots of selection, the staff is not particularly helpful (and on one occasion downright rude) and this lack of attention to detail around customer service cost us extra time and some new grey hairs. If you know exactly what you need and don't care about getting any kind of insight then Taps is fine and their prices are better than Gingers. If you have any questions you will be frustrated by your experience here.

The team at Cercan were amazing! From helping us to pick the perfect tiles to bailing us out when our tiler screwed up and we needed a whole new batch of tiles urgently. Always professional and friendly I can't say enough good things about the Cercan team.

Efficient, dependable, trustworthy and thoughtful - all words I would use to describe my experience with Paul and the Duct Cleaning Specialists. Paul was on time, the booking process was easy and friendly. He walked me through what he would do, and then took the time to show me how to maintain our system - providing some great tips. Having just gone through renovations I knew our ducts were bad, but Paul did a great job of getting into every little space. He was so thoughtful that even our cat (who hates everyone) was taken by him. A real star.
