Purchased a TV console in Oct/2010. Received the wrong color in Nov. Sent it back to be re-stained in Nov and just today (Mar.2nd) we hear that the company that Furniture Depot contracted to re-stain our console wants too much $ so furniture depot is not honoring the sale and we are not getting our TV console. During this whole process furniture depot did not return our calls once and every time I called I was told it will be ready in 2 weeks. This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with and would not recommend this company to anyone. This has been a very frustrating 5 month process and I don't understand how a company that treats its clients like this can stay in business. Mar 4, 2010 I'm still waiting for Furniture Depot to return our deposit and draw (which I lent to Furniture Depot to refinish our TV Console). You would think that they would return our deposit and the draw when they know this transaction has felt through. No I have to call them on Friday to remind them to retun my Deposit. As for my draw, I was told that I won't be able to get it back until their contractor return it. Urgggg....What a nightmare!!!! What a mickymouse operations!!!! For those of you out there thinking of purchase furniture through Furniture Depot. Please think twice!!! I read the reviews like everyone else before deciding to order the furnitures. Saw one bad review and thought that was a rare occasion. Now that we experienced Furniture Depot bad and unprofessional services. I highly recommend everyone to reconsider and not to purchase from this company and experience the headache I've gone through!!!
