Peter was professional and courteous. Showed up on time despite the bad weather. Was very kind and personable. Only changed the part that's needed and not just guessing around. Worked around with the limitations I had with my washer closet without having to unnecessarily take apart things. Overall very satisfied customer. Will use him again for sure
