I discovered carpenter ants were 'dining' on my lower kitchen cupboards; I also had a problem with spiders. The technician from Abell walked me around my property and explained the habits of carpenter ants and what would be required. I chose to have a complete pest control service, which covered one full year -I think 4 visits-- plus any additional visits as necessary. They were informative, efficient, and friendly. The best part was I was ant, spider, moth, and mouse free! They are as good as their ads suggest.

Initial information and material types and design and the quote were provided in a helpful and timely fashion. Paul accommodated my tight timing issues. The job was done without fuss, in spite of property line questions that were only resolved at the time of construction. The job site was left clean and the ground leveled. When the project came in under the cost of the estimate -something I would have never known- my price was adjusted. Cudos to Maximum Fence!

I spoke with Richard about doing some repairs - I have some rather curious 'handy man' plumbing- and upgrading my kitchen plumbing. He was very friendly and helpful with ideas and easy to discuss those ideas with. He's up-to-date on everything green. When I begin my project I will definitely be using Richard and Burloak Plumbing.
