They were fantastic. They were reliable. I've used other companies in the past and was disappointed. But not with SNG. I'd receive heads up texts letting me know that a large snow fall was expected. When they completed the removal, I'd receive a text letting me know that they had come by. I'll certainly use them next year and recco them to anyone I come across.
