Though the majority of the project turned out great, there were a few issues that I found after final payment. I contacted Henry in April 2017 to come and fix them (it wasn't a good time) and again in September (he was going to come by but never did). I have been trying to reach him since February but he has not returned my calls or messages. To me Customer Services is one of the most important aspects when dealing with a business. I am now left with glass in cabinets that are loose and a fireplace that did not work all winter (had it serviced before the reno started) to name a few things.

A major renovation to my family room was planned which included a new ceiling with pot lights, new built-in cabinets with lighting and the tv moved over the gas fireplace. Also, troubleshooting & repair of an outlet in basement giving shocks. The Electrician who came to do the work was very knowledgeable and was able to provide some different design and pricing options based on my wants and budget. The work ended up being completed under budget and right on schedule. Rand Electric's service was excellent. They demonstrated their attention to customer service in all aspects of the project. I have used them in the past and will definitely continue our business relationship for future projects. I would certainly recommend them for any electrical work.
