Purchased storage unit for kitchen on their website. Called the next day to find out when I could pick it up. They told me 9 days (it's a nine minute drive from their warehouse to their store). I asked if I could pick it up from the warehouse instead since it was in stock. They told me I had to cancel the order,drive to the store then pick it up at the warehouse. How stupid is that? I had already paid but they would rather inconvenience the client than adjust their system. I spent hours trying to put together the unit because of tons of errors in the instructions and badly marked parts. Called the head office for help and was told to call the store. Called the store and was told that the manager was not there and would call me back. Still waiting. Emailed them again . No apology no answers to my questions about parts just. "Take it back for a return or exchange" They think people have nothing better to do then spend hours trying to figure out all the errors in their instructions then disassemble ,repack and drive back and forth to their store. I would suggest buying elsewhere.
