Johnathan seemed super friendly and eager at first to do our job then kept making false promises. We had issues with our sod and so much miscommunication. I should’ve realized he was too young and non experienced. Now a year later I can’t contact anyone from this company now that some of the stones have shifted. No one is answering me. Last year they had a 90% something eating and this year down to the 70s. What does that tell you?

Ehab and his crew did an amazing job on our basement renovation. It’s hard to find professional, trustworthy and hardworking people, but you don’t need to worry with these guys! Ehab was always quick to respond to any questions we had via phone or text, and was always very upfront and honest. They always went above and beyond even with making custom magnetic doors for our crawl space, a custom stain for our stairs to match our flooring, and modifying our vanity cabinet door to fit the sink when it was too big after the store who sold it to us couldn’t find a solution, Ehab and his team did! They’re mostly family, and then he hires outside contractors that he works with and trusts, but everyone was always polite and professional, and we always trusted them even when we weren’t home. We couldn’t be happier with our basement. It is life changing after they gutted the whole thing and started from scratch. We will definitely use Level Q in the future for any upcoming projects. We contacted Parker Restorations to fix cracks in our mortar, clean up a messy job that a previous owner had done, and to fix base of the foundation around the house that was cracking and crumbling. It was a tough summer weather wise and this type of work can't be done in the rain, but when Brian and Shelley came to our home our minds were at ease. They were both so friendly and professional and not to mention thorough with the job. It took about 3 days for them to complete everything. They were very patient and knowledgeable with questions, and Brian always answered my text messages promptly. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of work to be done.

Miro was so great. We requested a quote and weren't home when he came by so he left it for us. He was on vacation when I emailed him the first time, but came as soon as he was back. He was always very prompt with replies to questions etc. he did the installation today and showed up right on time at 8am. My husband met him (I was too sleepy to get out of bed, sorry Miro) but said he was very friendly. The installation took a few hours and he cleaned up everything. Couldn't even tell he was there at all. The gutters and leaf guards look amazing we are very happy with them. I would recommend this company to anyone

Chose this company a few years ago when our roof leaked into our living room. There was a bit of mold and we wanted the ceiling repaired, popcorn ceiling removed and a light fixture installed. Uvale was our contact after Aris stopped showing up. It was supposed to take a few days but took a few weeks. The workers were so slow and we had no main floor of our house for weeks. I'm writing this review now because a few years later I am still not happy with the layout of the ceiling. There are lines where the drywall doesn't flush together properly, and markings. Terrible job.

Tom and his crew are amazing. Tom came to our home on a Wednesday and our roof was in terrible condition, he came within the same week on Saturday to fix do a new installation. He and his crew showed up right on time at 8am, and even dropped off materials the day before. They did a new installation, and patched up some work at the back of the house that he had done a few years before at no extra cost. I can't recommend this company enough. Tom is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. If any of my neighbors ask who I got my roof done with I'll tell them about this company. Thank you so much Tom for squeezing us in and being so great!
