About three years ago my wife and I decided to finish our walkout basement. This basement wasn't quite standard. And, it had 12-14' sealing. First, we wanted to save this sealing height. Also, we discussed and changed our project 3-4 times on the fly without increasing budget. So, finally, we got our basement done on time with perfect quality. Even more, we got three nice huge niches with spot lights. This was possible thanks to their smart advises. After that, we just put some furniture, blinds and decoration stuff. And now we enjoy not a basement anymore but nice looking, worm and comfortable and relaxing space.
