George , the technician, was very professional in what was needed to fix the stove element. He explained to us in details the time it will take to order the element, the delivery period and the cost. All was as he explained it to us. We were very satisfied with his service and I 'll definitely recommend him to others.

This has been our second year with this company and the service is so great you feel that a family member is taking care of you. No wonder that we are getting such an excellent service. This year we didn't even have to shovel after the snow was removed by Chris, one of the owners. This company makes you feel you are a special person by always making sure you are satisfied with the service they are giving you and ensuring that you are always happy. I would recommend this great company to everyone who doesn't need to worry about snow removing no matter how harsh the winter weather is.
