Phil is a a great guy and they do wonderful work. After the work they did to open the season our lawn looks great. I am very happy with the monthly maintenance they do as well.

I cannot speak for the quality of their work as we did not start the project. They did return my deposit after a mutual agreement to cancel the project. Their communication could be better.

We hired Grand Building to completely renovate our garage. The garage had a rooftop patio on top that also needed replacing. They did a fantastic job on both and we are thrilled with the results. The added stonework in the back was a great addition that we added at the last minute without any troubles. The lights are top quality and add great ambiance to the space.
