This was our first year to hire a snow removal company and we were very pleased with the service we received. We feel the drivers are to be commended for their dedication, promptness and thoroughness, especially given the snowfall we had this winter. We really appreciated the constant informative and often amusing email communication from Ken Dale. It was clear to us that he cares about the quality of service he delivers, his customers, the safety of his drivers, and his role in our community. We always knew if drivers were coming, when they would be coming and what to expect, and when it starts to snow that’s exactly what you want to know.This seemed to be the big difference between Metro Snow & Ice and other companies on our street; our neighbours were often not sure if their drivers were coming or if they should be out clearing themselves. When the snowfall exceeded the expected amount in our contract (something all customers don’t want to hear) Ken managed to come forth with a deal that was fair for everyone.
