In May 2016, we moved into a new (to us) home. The prior home owners had two large furry dogs and owners before them at some point had cats. Once the weather was cool enough to begin using the furnace, we realized that despite changing out the filters in the furnace and doing a deep clean of the house (and removing a carpet), my allergies were still being terribly impacted. After some research, we decided to look into duct cleaning as this could be the source and could be distributing allergens throughout the home. We contacted the Duct Cleaning Specialists, where my partner was able to work with Paul. Paul was so wonderful to work with, very informative, and extremely professional in walking us through what duct cleaning entailed, how thorough his company is, and what we expect before, during, and after having the ducts cleaned. Needless to say, it was a choice well made and we'll definitely be contacting them again after doing some work on the home and/or in a few years.

Last year, when we purchased our home, we knew that we'd need to have mold remediation done in the attic due to poor ventilation. Spring/Summer 2016 we called The Mold Guy and were met with amazing customer service and support along each and every step. They not only worked around our schedule, but also used text and email as the primary method of communication on our request due to our work schedules. They were on time, very communicative, and provided us with detailed written quotes and a certificate of the work done on completion. They were also able to recommend and introduce us to contractors to install proper sofits. This was the first 'real home ownership' task that we encountered and they made it so so easy for us.

We purchased a home roughly a year ago and the parging was peeling off the side of the house. In the fall, we opted to contact AA Masonry to ensure that this was properly repaired to protect our home throughout the winter and spring. They were remarkably quick - they gave us a quote (working within our budget), and had the work done in less than a week. They were also able to offer warranty and were prompt and kind.
