DIAZ EXTERIORS LTD

I only went there because I had to match existing stone, and they had the closest match. The older lady that works there, Debbie, wasn't polite but I wasn't there to make friends either. I went to return an extra box of stone and she said that because of changing of ownership she wasn't able to (no idea why not). When I explained that the only reason I was returning is because I have no storage space for it, and rather pay the re stocking fee, she yelled and said: DONT YOU UNDERSTAND!!!! NO MEANS NO! and then she hanged up the phone. Not only Im not buying from them ever again, Im also filing a formal complain!!
