Contacted 3 companies from BB. Only one showed up in person. Scott was professional and easy to deal with. The two guys who repaired the six were great, and left no mess at all after they were gone. Showed me the repairs they had done to seal the crack. Dealing with Nicole at the head office was a real pleasure. She kept me informed of time frames and when the workers would be there to complete the work. Overall, this has been the best company I have dealt with in getting an issue resolved. They should all be this professional and easy to deal with. 10 Star rating

I have used 3 different snow removal companies since moving to Findlay Creek. This company surpassed my expectations by far and was better than their competition by far. The driveway was cleared of snow by the time I left the house every morning at 7:30 and when the city plows went by and filled in the end of the driveway Macplow was by soon afterwards clearing it again. Their service is excellent and I would recommend them 100 percent. I will be a returning customer next year knowing that their level of service was far better than anyone I have had previously.
