Toronto Drama in Toronto

We rented with Ontario Staging Limited a couple of times and every time we went in, our feeling was that they did not need our business. In fact, they told us up front (when we asked for a "loyalty discount") that our rentals were not important enough, and that our business doesn't mean that much to them (even though we've rented with them consistently for quite some time). Their actual equipment that they rent out is up to par (even on the pricier end) and that's why we gave them a 1/5 star for "satisfaction". However, their service makes you feel like you don't exist, and at that price, I might as well go to another rental company that cares about our continued business. I don't believe I will recommend them to anybody, because quite frankly, they make us feel like they don't need our business.
