Kurmak Builders recently completed a second renovation project at our home in two years. It involved: 1. Installing a new gas fireplace in our living room 2. Building a new laundry room in the basement 3. Remove the mudroom washer/dryer to the basement, install a custom built storage unit in the mudroom and replace the floor. 4. Re-carpet the basement stairs and office. 5. Install a new floor in the remaining basement living space. 6. Install a new ceiling in the main hall/entrance area. 7. Extensive painting throughout all renovated areas. 8. Numerous miscellaneous items we added as the work progressed. Elapsed project time was 3 1/2 months. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the results. The new tiled fireplace is the living room's esthetic highlight, the mudroom has been transformed by the stunning custom built storage unit. The new laundry room is a very efficient use of space complimented by the over hauled basement living area. Kurmak and contractor staff, were for the most part, extremely capable and committed to providing a high level of customer service. Any issues/concerns that we raised regarding any aspect of the project were promptly addressed by Kurmak. Customer service and satisfaction are clearly Kurmak's top priorities. We have had two very successful renovation experiences with Kurmak and have no reservations about using them in the future. 3 bathrooms were renovated completely existing fixtures, tub and floors removed and replaced. A number of add on requests were handled extremely efficiently as work progressed. The work quality from all contractors was first class. The Kirmak management team was professional and responded to all requests quickly and efficiently. We have another project we want done and we will definitely have them handle the work
