order online (NOT in stock even if their site confirm they have the product in stock )
order a sofa-bed online and I double checked to confirm they have it in stock. Structube called me to confirm the delivery for the few days after and then they call me back again to say they do not have the sofa bed in stock the employee confirm the order have been given to someone else and there is nothing she can do. she said she will get another order of the sofa-bed in a couple of months (but can't guaranty the date or anything) on top of it they do not propose anything to compensate inconvenience of putting false information on their website because they give the order to other customer. Worst customer service of my entire life. Soo sad I though they were a great compagny
