Communication and professionalism are the absolute baseline criteria that I evaluate customer service on, especially when it comes to in home service. Alex was always easy to get hold of by phone, and always communicated when he was arriving. You cannot take communication for granted. During Alex's installation, he took the time to teach and educate about each and every process of the installation. Not only do these actions make him more accountable, but I learned a few things that I can self serve myself in the future, such as swapping TV's and repositioning how it is mounted. Alex worked fast and every efficient while giving me a TED talk on what he's doing and why. I was very impressed that I considered having him do my car's oil change and also to teach me how to hand make pasta. Kidding aside, not only was Alex fast, he was also very clean. Availability and flexibility was wonderful with Alex, as I had to change my dates due to my TV arriving earlier than I anticipated. I would definitely use Alex's service again.
