I wanted to share the best thing Andrew did for us was point out issues and poor workmanship that went unnoticed or disregarded by our insurance contractor for example, large crack in mortar where downspout damaged, and roof repaired incorrectly by insurance contractor roofers - which we have now had validated by a roofing company. Andrew has saved us from some future headaches by being proactive to identify many issues and validating concerns with workmanship.

I called as sump pump stopped working in evening and +++ water, Tyler answered phone, advised to take picture so he could assess situation. Tyler was able to visit in same evening to replace and provided advice on options. Tyler provided excellent explanations and was thorough in his work.
