We recently purchased a home with aluminum sliding windows. Since we were not in a position to replace these windows we needed to have one panel made from scratch since it was missing completely and the window's effectiveness was greatly diminished by the missing panel. We went to a number of glass suppliers and were told that the type of molding we needed was no longer manufactured but Hartwell Glass told us they could create something which should do the trick. Well, I'm not sure how he did it but the window Mike made seals and slides perfectly!

We bought a property which had two separate electrical panels, both of which had 60 amp service. Unless we upgraded the service to 100 amp, we would be unable to insure the home. We received a number of quotes and the most reasonable was from Dane Electric. The work was completed in less than a day and that was with a few upgrades that we requested after the initial quote (surge suppressors and an additional GFI circuit breaker). All the staff, from front office to management to the actual electrician were cheerful, courteous, and helpful. It was an enjoyable experience; we would use them again.

From sales to installation to follow-up service, we have nothing but praise for the company. The product is excellent (our house has been warmer this winter). Our first installation (a living room picture window) was replaced by the company because the gentlemen installing it detected a very slight flaw in the glass. My wife pointed it out to me but without that clue I would never have noticed it. Another installed bedroom window was frosting up and when we called to inquire about it, a trouble shooter came out and stayed until he had rectified the problem. We have been extremely satisfied with our experiences with the company and have no reservations about recommending them to others.
