Rado responded immediately to my request and came on a Sunday to help us out because we had a new tenant arriving Monday. He was transparent about pricing, how much things would cost if just a re-keying or if the deadbolt/knob needed to be replaced. While he was here he also fixed a second door knob and got a key-pad lock working for which we'd done an unsuccessful DIY job. This was also a reasonable price.

It is mt absolute pleasure to recommend Jasmine and her crew from The Cleaning Lady. In the juggle between work and home that so many of us have, I have just not been keeping up with housework and certainly not all of it at once. I called Jasmine and she was over promptly to give me an estimate for a deep clean, which has given the house the reset it needs and be a huge lift. From the moment I stepped into my porch this afternoon after work I was wowed by the great job her crew did for me. Everything is shiny and clean right into the corners. The place smells great and all the surfaces are gleaming. I'm so grateful for the care and personal touches, right down to the little chocolate sitting on the kitchen counter. I won't hesitate to hire this company again. The whole experience was very professional from the process of signing up for a time for a free estimate to the great clean up job they did on the way out the door. I got the quote on a Monday, and in a stroke of luck was able to book a crew for just one week later. The price was reasonable and the work top notch. The team was in the driveway a few minutes prior to start time so that they could be perfectly punctual. Matthew and Louie were completely tidy, courteous and particular about their work. They patched perfectly the many holes left behind from hanging things on these walls the last 12 years, and still managed to complete the work earlier in the day than expected. They did a thorough walk-through and gave me a two-year guarantee on the work. They left the house tidier than it was to start with! You can't really ask for better than that. I'll be having them in to do some more painting soon!
