Dormant spray for Magnolia tree
In March I contracted with TreeDoctors and paid a 10% deposit for Dormant oil application. I called in mid-April and was told it should be done by end of April. Then nothing -- no response to my followup emails or voicemails, no service delivered, and no credit for my deposit. It is now too late to spray this season. I have never encountered such poor service or lack of professionalism, and recommend not to use this company.

Please accept our apologies for not scheduling the treatment on time. Due to an oversite, we have missed the window for Spring time treatment. We are currently working on refunding your deposit as discussed with you. We hope that a late season treatment will help the tree with the infestation.
