We had three estimates, Arco Roofing Solutions offered the most comprehensive estimate, with a diagram of our roof, indicating all the points where repair was needed. Also he took pictures of the shakes that needed to be replaced. He also had the best price for more work than the other two had suggested. He explained us the work that needed to be done. He also gave us a 5 year warranty for the work done.
