I selected Trilex Security almost exactly 8 years ago from this date from many Vendors at the Home Show in Ottawa as I liked their product and attitude. At that time, I worked with the owner, sales staff and their technicians. I did not have any issues during installation or after sales. In fact, installation was quick and clean on a fairly complete security package. A few years later, I added security cameras and upgraded the quality of cameras based on their recommendation at a reasonable price which turned out to be the correct move not a sales upgrade move. Subsequently, I have had a few service calls which were handled quickly and no issues. Lastly, a review of our system recently indicated one monitoring function that was missing which was installed given the small charge to add it. At the same time, a complete system check was done which included installing a new battery as a preventative measure - no charge. At the same time, and at no cost, Trilex Secuirty forwarded to our house insurance company a letter confirming all of our monitoring functions. This will prove most useful in expediting any future claim should it (heaven forbid) happen. Of note, the monthly monitoring price has not changed in many years which was a promise made by Trilex Security to their customers quite a few years ago. Trilex Security have kept their word and more. In summary, I trust the company and their word. There is no issue at all in terms of their technical or sales staff. They deal with you upfront, cleanly and honestly in a professional manner. Companies like Trilex Security are not that common these days and I have no qualms in highly recommending this company. And yes, you will find cheaper security systems but you only get what you pay for. In the long run, they are better!

Whether service or sales, Martin and his staff are always there to assist. Service is polite, quick, clean, helpful - even fixed a problem that was not the company's issue without cost or complaint. Overall it has been an excellent relationship - inital setup, additional equipment and supply purchases. Something that is hard to find these days. Thank you Martin and David!
